Are you ready to spring into action to save our planet?
Party for the Planet: Spring into Action is back and this year is designed to support families in taking action at home and in their community. This year's campaign will continue to focus on conservation of monarch butterflies and songbirds.
Join us Saturday, April 30, 2022 from 1-4 pm to learn more about the conservation efforts of your GPZoo and how YOU can get involved!
*Activities for this event are included in the cost of admission
- Creature Features - 1:30 and 3 pm
- Birding Walks - 1, 2 & 3 pm
- Birdfeeder Craft Station - 1-4 pm
- Recycling Center - 1-4 pm (bring your empty Easter eggs, gift cards, dryer sheet boxes, detergent bottles and aluminum cans)
- Keep Chats
- Butterflies - 2 pm
- Bison, red wolf & foxes - 2:30 pm
- Black-footed ferret - 3:30 pm

The museum gives you a break from the sun on hot summer days and has a great selection of animal exhibits from around the world. The zoo keeps growing and adding new animal habitats or improving existing ones. Membership offers reciprocal benefits to other zoos around the country.Bill T.
